the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as

Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, that road being no longer required.

Pursuant to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I,
Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie,
the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the
Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.
SCHEDULE
WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT-WESTLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in Westland County, containing 983 acres, more or less, and being Reserve 1979, situated in Block VII, Waimea
Survey District. As shown on plan No. 125/78 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at
Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plan 4730.)

ALL that area in Waitomo County, containing 486 acres 2 roods 20 perches, more or less, and being Kinohaku West S.S. No. 1 Block, situated in Blocks XI and XV, Kawhia South Survey District.
As shown on plan No. 35/16 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (M.L. Plan 8769.)
