Revoking Part of a Proclamation Taking Land for State Housing Purposes in the City of Christchurch

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 2nd day of February 1955 and published in Gazette, 10 February 1955, Volume I, page 204, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Christchurch as No. 413042, taking land for State housing purposes in the City of Christchurch, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land affected:
A. R. P. Being
0 0 3·7 Part Lot 5, D.P. 5025, being part Rural Section 7632; coloured blue.
0 0 3·7 Part Lot 6, D.P. 5025, being part Rural Section 7632; coloured sepia.
Situated in the City of Christchurch, Canterbury R.D. (S.O. 9032.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 151634 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of October 1956.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of October 1956.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 acres and 29·6 perches.
Being part Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 6173, being part Section 28, Hutt District. Balance certificate of title, Volume 299, folio 251, Wellington Land Registry.
Situated in the City of Lower Hutt.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 22nd day of October 1956.
