IN LIQUIDATION
NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to section 300 of the Companies Act 1933, the following special resolution of Orb Traders Limited was made by entry in the minute book signed by at least three-fourths of the members of the company holding in the aggregate at least three-fourths in nominal value of the shares of the company:
Resolved as a Special Resolution:
“(1) That the company be wound up voluntarily.
“(2) That Mr Douglas Lenard Hazard, of Hamilton, be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the company.
“(3) That the remuneration of the liquidator shall be in accordance with the N.Z. Society of Accountants' scale of charges.”

NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to section 232 of the Companies Act 1933, that a general meeting of the above-named company will be held in Duigan's Room, 75 Ridgway Street, Wanganui, on Monday, the 12th day of November 1956, at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before the meeting showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the liquidator, and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company and of the liquidator thereof shall be disposed of.

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that David Penman Green, public accountant, be appointed liquidator of the company for the purpose of such winding up.”
Notice is hereby given that amounts payable under insurance policies have now been received, and it is proposed to pay all creditors in full on the 26th day of October 1956, and thereafter to notify the Registrar of Companies of the dissolution of Parakai House Limited. Creditors are notified to prove their debts or claims on or before that date or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to such distribution.
