Retailers’ Licences Under the Sales Tax Act 1932–33 Granted, Surrendered, or Revoked
PURSUANT to the Sales Tax Act 1932–33, the Comptroller of Customs hereby gives notice that licences to act as manufacturing retailers have been granted to the licensees mentioned in the First Schedule hereto, and that the licences to act as manufacturing retailers granted to the licensees mentioned in the Second Schedule hereto have been surrendered or revoked.

Infected Areas Declared Under the Citrus Canker Regulations 1952 (Notice No. Ag. 6175)
PURSUANT to the Citrus Canker Regulations 1952, it is hereby notified for public information that the areas of land described in the Schedule hereto have been declared to be infected areas for the purposes of the said regulations.
SCHEDULE
FIRST, all that piece of land containing 1 rood 8·85 perches, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 7268, and being part Section 61, Grey District, Block V, Paritutu Survey District.
Secondly, all that piece of land containing 1 rood 24 perches, more or less, being Lot 3, D.P. 7013, and being part Section 12s, Block V, Paritutu Survey District.
Thirdly, all that piece of land containing 1 rood, more or less, being part Section 32 on the public map of the Fitzroy District, and being Allotment 31 on a subdivisional plan of Vogeltown deposited in the Deeds Register Office at New Plymouth as No. 7.

Infected Areas Declared Under the Citrus Canker Regulations 1952 (Notice No. Ag. 6174)
PURSUANT to the Citrus Canker Regulations 1952, it is hereby notified for public information that the areas of land described in the Schedule hereto have been declared to be infected areas for the purposes of the said regulations.
SCHEDULE
FIRST, all that piece of land containing 35·7 perches, more or less, being Lot 30, D.P. 8697, being part Heretaunga Block.
Secondly, all that piece of land containing 1 rood 2·32 perches, more or less, being part Lot 1, D.P. 6827, being part Heretaunga Block.

Deficiency Payments in Respect of Export Meat
PURSUANT to the Meat Export Prices Act 1955, notice is hereby given that the deficiency payments set out in the Schedule hereto may be made to the owners in accordance with that Act for the classes of meat specified in the said Schedule for the week commencing on Monday, the 15th day of October 1956.
