Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the

Pursuant to section 29 (4) of the Wildlife Act 1953, the
Minister of Internal Affairs hereby gives notice that the rules
of the Hawera Acclimatisation Society have been approved by
him under that subsection.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Fire Services Act 1949, the

Council of Fire and Accident Underwriters' Associations, 97

meeting of representatives of the insurance companies carrying
