Election to Administer Estates Under Public Trust Office Act 1908, and Amendments
Pursuant to the Public Trust Office Act 1908, and amendments, the Public Trustee has filed in the Supreme Court an election to administer in respect of the several estates of the persons deceased whose names, residences, and occupations (so far as known) are set out hereunder:

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 (Waikato Development Scheme)
Pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares that, on and from the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette, the land described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the said land being so subject by virtue of a notice dated 18 November 1951 and published in the Gazette, 20 December 1951, Volume III, page 1872.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that area of land in the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District, containing 3 roods 36 perches, more or less, called or known as Allotment 277, Parish of Pepepe, situated in Block II, Rangiriri Survey District.

Declaring Land to be Subject to the Provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 (Waikato Development Scheme)
Pursuant to section 331 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares that, on and from the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette, the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.
