All that area comprising part of the Southland County west of the Mataura River and north of a line commencing at the confluence of the Waimumu Stream and the Mataura River, and continuing along the right-hand bank of the Waimumu Stream to where the main Gore-Invercargill highway crosses the Waimumu Stream; thence along this highway to the junction of the Mataura-Winton road; thence in a westerly direction along this road through Hedgehope and Browns to the boundary of the Borough of Winton; thence north and west along the said boundary to the main Winton-Limehills road; thence north along this road to Limehills; thence along the Hundred Line Road to its intersection with the western boundary of the County of Southland, including the boroughs of Gore and Mataura and all boroughs and town districts in or adjacent to that area, other than the Borough of Winton
Mataura ... All that area comprising that part of the County of Southland east of the Mataura River as constituted from time to time and including the Town District of Wyndham and all boroughs and town districts in or adjacent to that area, other than the Boroughs of Gore and Mataura
Wallace ... All that area comprising the Counties of Wallace and Fiord, and Stewart Island as constituted from time to time and Auckland, Campbell, and adjacent Islands and including all boroughs and town districts in or adjacent to that area

Notice of Intention to Issue Proclamations Vesting Land in the Town of Naseby in Her Majesty the Queen as Crown Land Subject to the Land Act 1948

PURSUANT to section 11 of the Reserves and Other Lands Disposal Act 1955, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby give notice that it is my intention, after the expiration of three months from the date hereof, to issue Proclamations declaring the lands described in the Schedule hereto to be vested in Her Majesty as Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
Plans showing these lands are deposited in the offices of the Town Clerk, Naseby, the Commissioner of Crown Lands, Dunedin, and the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, Wellington, where they may be inspected during office hours free of charge.
Any objections to the proposals either in general terms or by the registered proprietor or licensee or any other person having any estate or interest in the lands specified in the schedule hereto are to be made in writing addressed to the Commissioner of Crown lands, Dunedin, on or before the 5th day of February 1957.
