Administration of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950 in Taupo County (Notice No. Ag. 6164)
Pursuant to the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Director-General of Agriculture, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture for the purposes of the said Act, hereby publishes the following resolution passed by the Taupo County Commissioner on the 19th day of September 1956.
RESOLUTION
Resolved in terms of section 22 (1), Noxious Weeds Act 1950, to assume responsibility for the administration of this Act within the whole of the district of Taupo County as from the 1st day of October 1956.

Biological Products Exempted from the Provisions of the Stock Remedies (Biological Products) Regulations 1951 (Notice No. Ag. 6167)
Pursuant to subclause (14) of regulation 40 of the Stock Remedies (Biological Products) Regulations 1951, notice is hereby given that the Stock Remedies Registration Board has resolved that the provisions of the said regulation shall not apply to the following biological products:
Chloroamphenical, when used in sheep dips.
Cleanso Compound Hypodermic Penicillin 500,000 units, when used as an intramuscular injection.
Benzathine Penicillin 300,000 units, when used as an intramuscular injection.
Cleanso Compound Hypodermic Penicillin 100,000 units, when used as an intramuscular injection.
Cleanso Compound Hypodermic Penicillin 1,500,000 units, when used as an intramuscular injection.

Deficiency Payments in Respect of Export Meat
Pursuant to the Meat Export Prices Act 1955, notice is hereby given that the deficiency payments set out in the Schedule hereto may be made to the owners in accordance with that Act for the classes of meat specified in the said Schedule for the week commencing on Monday, the 1st day of October 1956.

Notice Under Section 30 of the Maori Trustee Act 1953
Pursuant to section 30 of the Maori Trustee Act 1953, the Maori Trustee hereby gives notice that a list of unclaimed moneys, dated 28 September 1956, derived from the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land Court District and held by him, has been filed at the office of the Registrar of the Maori Land Court at Whangarei, Auckland, Rotorua, Gisborne, Wanganui, and Wellington, and all sub-offices of the Department of Maori Affairs, where the same may be inspected during office hours without payment of fee.

Pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares that, on the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette, the land described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the said land being so subject by virtue of a notice dated 22 July 1938 and published in the Gazette, 4 August 1938, Volume II, page 1767.
