Declaration That a Reserve Form Part of the Patearoa Domain

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares the reserve described in the Schedule hereto to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to form part of the Patearoa Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Benmore Rabbit Board

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for rabbit board buildings and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Benmore Rabbit Board, in trust, for that purpose.

NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, approval has been granted to the Wanganui County Council to prepare, recommend, and approve its district scheme by two sections as follows:

No. 1 Section: Urban Section as described in the First Schedule hereto.
