Land Set Apart as Provisional State Forest Declared to be Subject to the Land Act 1948
C. W. M. NORRIE, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 19 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, acting on the joint recommendation of the Minister of Lands and of the Minister of Forests, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being a provisional State forest reserve set apart by Proclamation dated the 13th day of June 1941, and published in Gazette, 19 June 1941, Vol. II, page 1866, is required for settlement purposes; and in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, such land shall, from and after the day of the gazetting hereof, cease to be provisional State forest land, and shall become Crown land available for sale, lease, reservation, or other disposition under the provisions of the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT SECTIONS 4 and 5, Block XI, Wharepapa Survey District: Total area, 927 acres, more or less. (S.O. Plans 17495 and 17496.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of September 1956.

Declaring Land in North Auckland Land District, Vested in the Auckland Education Board as a Site for a Public School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen
C. W. M. NORRIE, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS by subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949 (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) it is provided that, notwithstanding anything contained in any other Act, the Governor-General may from time to time, by Proclamation, declare that any school site or part of a school site which in his opinion is no longer required for that purpose shall be vested in Her Majesty, and thereupon the school site or part thereof, as the case may be, shall vest in Her Majesty, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date of the Proclamation.
Now, therefore, pursuant to subsection (6) of section 5 of the said Act, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Auckland Education Board as a site for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.
SCHEDULE NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT ALLOTMENTS 2, 3, and 4, Town of Kamo. All certificates of title, Volume 547, folio 242, and Volume 549, folios 103 and 104 (all limited as to parcels and title). Also Allotments 5 and part 111, Town of Kamo. All situated in Block VIII, Purua Survey District. Total area, 3 acres 3 roods 14.5 perches, more or less. As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 6/6/315A deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (S.O. Plans 1543 and 37911.)

Declaring Maori Land to be Crown Land
C. W. M. NORRIE, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT ALL that parcel of land being part Allotment 32, Parish of Waikare, situated in Block XVI, Whangarei Survey District, containing 17 acres 2 roods, more or less, being part of the land in certificate of title, Volume 547, folio 189, Auckland Registry (limited as to parcels and title), as shown on the plan numbered L. and S. 36/2190 deposited in the Head Office of the Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of September 1956.
