Plants Declared a Noxious Weed in Raglan County
(Notice No. Ag. 6157)


PURSUANT to the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Director-General of Agriculture, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture for the purposes of the said Act, hereby publishes the following special order made by the Raglan County Council on the 27th day of August 1956.


SPECIAL ORDER

THAT, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Raglan County Council resolved, by way of special order, that the following plant be declared a noxious weed within the County of Raglan as from 1 September 1956:

Common Broom (*Cytisus scoparius*).

Deficiency Payments in Respect of Export Meat


PURSUANT to the Meat Export Prices Act 1955, notice is hereby given that the deficiency payments set out in the Schedule hereto may be made to the owners in accordance with that Act for the classes of meat specified in the said Schedule for the week commencing on Monday, the 10th day of September 1956.
