PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, subject to building-line restriction contained in Order in Council No. 14388, Auckland Land Registry, to be deemed to have been Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948, subject to the aforesaid restriction, as from the 28th day of November 1955.
