Thames Milk Delivery Notice 1952, Amendment No. 3
(Notice No. Ag. 6031)

PURSUANT to the Milk Delivery Regulations 1949,* the
Minister of Agriculture hereby gives notice as follows:

1. This notice may be cited as the Thames Milk Delivery
   Notice 1952, Amendment No. 3, and shall be read together
   with and deemed part of the Thames Milk Delivery Notice
   1952† (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).

2. The Thames Milk Delivery Scheme 1952, as set forth in
   the Schedule to the principal notice, is hereby amended by
   omitting the words "L. N. Moody, Fernleigh Dairy, 81 Pollen
   Street, Thames", and by substituting therefor the words
   "F. McLean, 247 Augustus Street, Thames".

Declaration That Portion of the Te Miro Domain be Set Apart
as a Site for a Public Hall and Vesting in the Waikato
County Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the
Minister of Lands hereby declares that that portion of
the Te Miro Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall
on and after the 24th day of January 1956 be set apart as a
site for a public hall, subject to Part II of the said Act, and
further vests the said Reserve in the Chairman, Councillors,
and Inhabitants of the County of Waikato in trust as a site
for a public hall.

Land in Borough of Eltham Declared to be a Public Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the
Minister of Lands hereby notifies that the following
resolution was passed by the Eltham Borough Council on the
22nd day of November 1955, due notice of intention to pass
such resolution having been given and no objections thereto
received:

"That the resolution passed at the ordinary meeting of the
Council held on Tuesday, the 27th day of September 1955
and detailed hereunder be confirmed.

" RESOLUTION

"THAT all that land described in certificate of title, Volume
161, folio 121, Taranaki Land Registry, as Lot 2, D.P. 6483,
being part Suburban Section 12, Eltham Borough, Colling-
wood Street, on the public maps of the Ngaere Survey Dis-
trict, and containing 4 acres 2 roods 22·6 perches, more or
less, and known by the title of Saunders Park, be hereby set
aside as a public reserve as defined by the Reserves and
Domains Act 1953 for the recreation and enjoyment of the
citizens of Eltham."
