A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken for an automatic telephone exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of September 1956.
FIRST SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 31·8 perches.
Being part Lot 40, D.P. 286, being part Section 20, Block II, Maketu Survey District.
Situated in the Borough of Te Puke, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 37830.)
In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 151303 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
SECOND SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 38 perches.
Being Lot 37, D.P. 286, being part Section 20, Block II, Maketu Survey District. Part certificate of title, Volume 862, folio 259, Auckland Land Registry.
Situated in the Borough of Te Puke.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 24th day of August 1956.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for sewage treatment works and shall vest in the Christchurch Drainage Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of September 1956.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for drainage purposes and shall vest in the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of September 1956.
