Crown Land Set Apart as Provisional State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as provisional State forest land.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in Kawhia County, containing 539 acres 3 roods, more or less, and being Section 19, Block IX, Pirongia Survey District. As shown on plan No. 36/14, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plan 37612.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of August 1956.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of August 1956.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 20·9 perches.
Being part Section 96, Hutt District.
Situated in Block I, Rimutaka Survey District, Borough of Upper Hutt. (S.O. 23401.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 14219 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Railways Commission at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Avondale—Onehunga—Southdown Railway.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:

0 0 7·2 Part Lot 348, D.P. 21081; coloured orange.
0 0 5·2 Part Lot 347, D.P. 21081; coloured blue.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby sets apart the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto for the common use and benefit of members of the Ngatihihe tribe as a Maori reservation for the purposes of a meeting-place.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area of land situated in Block XV, Kawakawa Survey District, containing five acres two roods and nine-tenths of a perch (5 a. 2 r. 0·9 p.), and being part of the land known as Motatau No. 4B 6, as is more particularly delineated on the plan numbered M.A. 21/3/303 lodged in the Head Office of the Department of Maori Affairs, Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
