A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is
hereby taken for the disposal of sewage, and shall vest in the
Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of
Hutt as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 13th day of August 1956.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 15 acres 3
roods 7 perches.
Being part Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 13941, being part Section 5,
Wainuiomata District.
Situated in Block XVI, Belmont Survey District. (S.O.
23428.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 150964
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured orange.

Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Christchurch
as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
13th day of August 1956.
