Crown Land Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in Block XIII, Wairere Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of July 1956.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of Crown land set apart:

0 1 29·4 Formerly road adjoining or passing through Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, Block XII, D.P. 827, being part Matamata South Block and being part of the land in Proclamation S. 91332, Auckland Land Registry.
0 1 29·2 Formerly road adjoining or passing through Lots 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14, Block XII, D.P. 827, being part Matamata South Block and being part of the land in Proclamation S. 91332, Auckland Land Registry.
Situated in Block XIII, Wairere Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 37186.)
In the South Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 147220 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of July 1956.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for an automatic telephone exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of July 1956.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 38·77 perches.
Being part Lot 157, D.P. 16552, and part Lot 1, D.P. 17687, being part Section 108, Porirua District.
Situated in Block II, Belmont Survey District. (S.O. 23570.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 150959 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
