REDUCTION OF CAPITAL

In the matter of the Companies Act 1933 and in the matter
of the Pioi Estate Company Limited.
Notice is hereby given that an order of the Supreme
Court of New Zealand, dated the 9th day of July 1956,
confirming the reduction of the capital of the above-named
company from £25,000 to £5,000, and the minute approved
by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the
company as altered the several particulars required by the
above-mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of
Companies at New Plymouth on the 16th day of July 1956.
The said minute is in the words and figures following:
"The capital of the Pioi Estate Company Limited hence-
forth is £5,000 divided into 25,000 shares of four shillings
each (instead of the original capital of £25,000 divided into
25,000 shares of £1 each). At the time of the registration
of this minute the sum of sixpence per share has been and
is deemed to be paid up on each of the said 25,000 shares of
four shillings each."
