Town and Country Planning Act 1953—Borough of Upper Hutt (Notice of Extension of Period of Effectiveness of Refusals and Prohibitions)


PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 38 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, notice is hereby given that the period of effectiveness of refusals and prohibitions made by the Upper Hutt Borough Council in the interests of the Upper Hutt Borough district scheme under either subsection (2) of the said section or section 34 of the Town Planning Act 1926 and extended to the 1st day of August 1956 by notice published in Gazette, 19 January 1956, page 41, is hereby further extended to the 1st day of February 1957 for all such refusals and prohibitions.
