Town and Country Planning Act 1953—Borough of Northcote
(Notice of Extension of Period of Effectiveness of Refusals and Prohibitions)
Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 38 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, notice is hereby given that the period of effectiveness of refusals and prohibitions made by the Northcote Borough Council in the interests of the Northcote Borough district scheme under either subsection (2) of the said section or section 34 of the Town Planning Act 1926 is hereby extended to the 1st day of February 1957 for all such refusals and prohibitions.

(Notice of Extension of Period of Effectiveness of Refusals and Prohibitions)
Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 38 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, notice is hereby given that the period of effectiveness of refusals and prohibitions made by the One Tree Hill Borough Council in the interests of the One Tree Hill Borough district scheme under either subsection (2) of the said section or section 34 of the Town Planning Act 1926 is hereby extended to the 1st day of February 1956 for all such refusals and prohibitions.

Town and Country Planning Act 1953—City of Wellington
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, approval has been granted to the Wellington City Council to prepare, recommend, and approve its district scheme by the following sections:
Section 1. King Street area as defined in the First Schedule hereto, for all the matters set out in the Second Schedule to the Act.
Section 2. Inner City area and the Johnsonville area as defined in the Second Schedule hereto, for all the matters set out in the Second Schedule to the Act, except item 5.
Section 3. Outer City area as defined in the Third Schedule hereto, for all matters set out in the Second Schedule to the Act, except item 5.
Section 4. Whole district for all the matters in item 5 of the Second Schedule to the Act.
FIRST SCHEDULE
CITY OF WELLINGTON DISTRICT SCHEME, SECTION 1

thence westerly generally along the high-water mark of Lambton Harbour to the north-eastern boundary of Te Aro Baths; thence along the seaward boundary of the said Te Aro Baths to the north-western corner of the land shown on the plan marked M.D. 3188 deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington; thence along the northern boundary of the said land to its westernmost corner; thence along the seaward boundary of the land shown on plan numbered 1373 deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington, along right lines bearing 314° 57′ distance 123·72 links, bearing 15° 54′ distance 414·64 links, bearing 277° 45′ distance 739·8 links, and bearing 262° 45′ distance 430·8 links, to the boundary of the land granted to the Corporation of the City of Wellington by deed of grant dated the 24th day of June 1874, and along the seaward boundary of the land so granted to the eastern boundary of the land shown on plan marked M.D. 1332 deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington;
