Additional Land Taken for a University College in the City
of Dunedin

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a University college; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of January 1956.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 16·4 perches.
Being part Sections 49 and 50, Block XXIX, Town of Dunedin. All certificate of title, Volume 329, folio 38, Otago Land Registry.
Situated in the City of Dunedin.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of January 1956.

Being Lots 145 and 146 and part Lots 143 and 144, D.P. 791, being part Hokowhitu Nos. 4 and 5.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 149177 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
