URSUANT to the Regulations Act 1936, notice is hereby given of the making of regulations as under:

Price Order No. 1665 (Amendment No. 1 of Price Orders Nos. 1593 (Jamaican Oranges and Grapefruit), 1609 (Californian Oranges and Lemons), 1624 (South African Oranges), 1625 (Bananas), and 1661 (Island Oranges)
PURSUANT to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Price Tribunal hereby makes the following amending Price Order:

This order may be cited as Price Order No. 1665, and shall be read together with and deemed part of each of Price Orders Nos. 1593,* 1609+, 1624+, 1625Β§, and 1661|| (hereinafter referred to as the principal orders).

This order shall come into force on the 6th day of July 1956.

Each of the Principal Orders Nos. 1593, 1609, 1624, and 1625 is hereby amended by inserting in paragraph (a) of subclause (1) of clause 4 thereof the word "Tauranga" after the word "Hamilton".

Principal Order No. 1661 is hereby amended by inserting in paragraph (a) of subclause (1) of clause 5 thereof the word "Westport" after the word "Greymouth".

Board of Trade Notice No. 123--Review of the Customs Tariff
NOTICE is hereby given:
(a) That where the Board of Trade is satisfied that it has been impracticable for any company, firm, organisation, or person to submit, pursuant to Board of Trade Notices Nos. 120 and 121, representations regarding the Customs Tariff in respect of particular goods, on or before 6 July 1956, the Board will receive such representations on or before 31 July 1956.
(b) That the Board will receive on or before 30 September 1956 representations in respect of any application for alteration in the Customs Tariff submitted as aforesaid after 6 July 1956 but not later than 31 July 1956.

Land in the Otago Land District Acquired as Permanent State Forest Land
NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired under the Forests Act 1949 as permanent State forest land.
SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT--SOUTH LAND CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in Clutha County, containing 116 acres 3 roods 33 perches, more or less, being Section 23, Block XIV, Rimu Survey District, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 205, folio 187, Otago Land Registry. As shown on plan No. 218/30 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plan 1458.)
