A PENAL POLICY FOR NEW ZEALAND
In this brochure the problem of crime is briefly surveyed,
and an outline given of the principles on which the Depart-
ment of Justice acts in fulfilling its duty to provide better
protection to society. The substance and the purposes of
proposed changes in the law are also given.
