HUTT COUNTY COUNCIL

THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution of the Hutt County Council made on the 10th day of June 1954, a district scheme has been recommended for approval under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953. The scheme relates to the Stokes Valley (Hutt County) District.

The scheme has been deposited in the post office, Stokes Valley Road, and at the County Office, first floor, Bowen House, Bowen Street, Wellington, and is there open for inspection without fee to all persons interested therein at any time when the above places are open to the public.

Objections to the scheme or to any part thereof shall be in writing in the form No. 4 prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1954, and shall be lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later than the 15th day of September 1956.

At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection, and any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the County Clerk in writing within a period of which public notice will be given.

THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution of the Invercargill City Council made on the 23rd day of April 1956, a district scheme has been recommended for approval under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953. The scheme relates to the Invercargill City. The scheme has been deposited in the City Engineer’s Office, Esk Street, and the Public Library, Dee Street, and is there open for inspection without fee to all persons interested therein at any time when the above places are open to the public.

Preparation of District Scheme

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Piako County Council at its meeting held on the 21st day of May 1956 has resolved to prepare for the Piako County a district scheme as required by the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953.

Every person and every local authority in the district is hereby invited to submit any proposals which, in his or its opinion, should be considered in the preparation of the proposed scheme.

Proposals marked “Piako County District Scheme” should be addressed to the County Clerk and delivered at the County Clerk’s office on or before the 10th day of August 1956.
