A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-
General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric
Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land
described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public
school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 28th day of May 1956.

SCHEDULE

Approximate area of the piece of additional land taken: 1
acre.
Being Section 78, Town of Okato.
All certificate of title, Volume 129, folio 12, Taranaki Land
Registry (limited as to parcels).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New
Zealand, this 17th day of May 1956.

acre and 15·3 perches.

Situated in Block VI, Whaingaroa Survey District, Auckland
R.D. (S.O. 37666.)
In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 150313
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured blue.

deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured yellow.

661, being part Section G, and being part of the land in
Proclamation No. 2221, Taranaki Land Registry.
Situated in Block V, Paritutu Survey District, City of New
Plymouth.
