Crown Land Set Apart for Post and Telegraph Purposes

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for post and telegraph purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of May 1956.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 2 acres 3 roods 36 perches.
Being Section 123 (formerly Section 121 and part Section 120), Block XII, Tokomairiro Survey District. Situated in the Borough of Milton, Otago R.D. (S.O. 1744.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of May 1956.

Land Held for River Protection Works Set Apart for Housing Purposes in Block XVI, Cloudy Bay Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto was part of an area taken for river protection works and vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Blenheim by a Proclamation dated 1 November 1897, and published in Gazette, 4 November 1897, page 1983, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Blenheim as No. 28.
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1952, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule is hereby set apart as from the 28th day of May 1956 for housing purposes.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 1 acre 1 rood 36ยท32 perches.
Being part Section 6, Omaka Registration District. Situated in Block XVI, Cloudy Bay Survey District (S.O. 4226.)
In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 150262 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of May 1956.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto now held for State housing purposes is hereby set apart for post and telegraph purposes (post-master's residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of May 1956.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 33ยท4 perches. Being Lot 559, D.P. 8939, Te Whare-O-Maraenui Block. Part certificate of title, H.B. Volume 147, folio 122, Hawke's Bay Land Registry. Situated in the City of Napier.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of May 1956.
