Declaring Land to be Subject to the Provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 (Rangitoto Tuhua Development Scheme)

Pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares that on and from the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Notice Under Section 30 of the Maori Trustee Act 1953

Pursuant to section 30 of the Maori Trustee Act 1953,
the Maori Trustee hereby gives notice that a list of
unclaimed moneys, dated the 19th day of December 1955,
derived from the South Island Maori Land Court District
and held by him, has been filed in the office of the Registrar
of the Maori Land Court at Whangarei, Auckland, Rotorua,
Gisborne, Wanganui, and Wellington, and all the sub-offices
of the Department of Maori Affairs, where the same may be
inspected during office hours without payment of fee.

Dated at Wellington this 10th day of January 1956.
