Order Made by the Army Board Under Section 6 (2) (a) of
the Visiting Forces Act 1939 (New Zealand)
PURSUANT to section 6 (2) (a) of the Visiting Forces
Act 1939, the Army Board hereby attaches temporarily
to the military forces of Her Majesty raised in New Zealand
and serving in Malaya and Singapore such officers of the
military forces of Her Majesty raised in the United Kingdom
and serving in Malaya and Singapore as have been placed at
the disposal of the Army Board in pursuance of the Disposal
Order made on 15 November 1955 by the Army Council
under section 4 (2) (ii) of the Visiting Forces (British Commonwealth) Act 1933 (U.K.), for the purpose of serving as
members of Courts-martial convened under the New Zealand
Army Act 1950, while such officers are required from time
to time so to serve.

Order Made by the Army Council Under Section 4 (2) (ii) of
the Visiting Forces (British Commonwealth) Act 1933
IN pursuance of their powers under section 4 (2) (ii) of the
Visiting Forces (British Commonwealth) Act 1933, the Army
Council hereby place at the disposal of the Service Authorities
of the Dominion of New Zealand for the purpose of being
attached temporarily, by those Authorities, to the Military
Forces of Her Majesty raised in the said Dominion and
serving in Malaya and Singapore, or any part of such forces,
such officers of the Military Forces of Her Majesty raised in
the United Kingdom and serving in Malaya and Singapore
as may be required from time to time to serve as members of
Courts Martial convened under the New Zealand Army Act
1950.

Appointing the Peninsula County Council to Control and
Manage a Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the
Minister of Lands hereby appoints the
Peninsula County Council
to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule
hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a scenic
reserve.
SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT-TITEREMOANA SCENIC RESERVE
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 2 acres, more or
less, being an island in Otago Harbour lying between
Edward's and Latham Bays and formerly known as Pudding
Island. As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 484 deposited
in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at
Wellington, and thereon edged red.

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the
Minister of Lands hereby appoints

1936, the Minister of Transport hereby revokes the

purposes of the issue of warrants of fitness for motor vehicles.

Appointment of Honorary Consul for Norway at Wellington
HIS Excellency the Governor-General directs it to be
notified that the former Honorary Consul for Norway
at Wellington, Mr Jack Halligan, has resigned, and that
Dr Alexander Brygger Andersen
has been provisionally recognised as Honorary Consul for
Norway at Wellington with jurisdiction in New Zealand and
Western Samoa.
