Social Security Amendment Act 1939-Maternity Notice
PURSUANT to section 13 (5) of the Social Security Amendment Act 1939, the Minister of Health hereby gives notice that advice has been received from Norman Reay Mackay, M.B., CH.B., of Kelvin Chambers, Wellington, that he is unwilling to afford medical services in relation to maternity on the terms provided for in section 13 of the Social Security Amendment Act 1939, and that consequently he is entitled to recover any fees in respect of his professional services as if that Act had not been passed.
