Public Trust Office Act 1908: Part II-Unclaimed Lands
PURSUANT to section 85 of the Public Trust Office Act 1908, the Minister in Charge of the Public Trust Office hereby publishes a Schedule showing all lands vested in the Public Trustee under Part II of the said Act, subsequent to the list published in Gazette, 14 May 1953, Vol. II, page 753, and during the triennial period subsequent thereto and terminating on the 31st day of March 1956, with the names of the person or persons believed by the Public Trustee to have any estate or interest therein.
