Change of the Purpose of a Reserve and Vesting in the Ohura
Town Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the
Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the
reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for a
site for public buildings of the General Government to a
reserve for a site for a community centre and, further, vests
the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Citizens of
the Town District of Ohura, in trust, for the purpose of a site
for a community centre.
