A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of May 1956.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street:
3 roods 8·12 perches.
Being part Crown land.
Situated in Block XXIV, Town of Arrowtown, Borough of Arrowtown, Otago R.D. (S.O. 12116.)
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 150123 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 27th day of April 1956.
