Control of Prices (Positive List) Notice 1955, Amendment No. 4
[L.S.] C. W. M. NORRIE, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Price Tribunal hereby gives the following notice:

  1. This notice may be cited as the Control of Prices (Positive List) Notice 1955, Amendment No. 4, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Control of Prices (Positive List) Notice 1955* (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).
  2. This notice shall come into force on the 20th day of April 1956.
  3. The principal notice is hereby amended by omitting from the Schedule thereto under the heading "Groceries" the words "potatoes, seed".

    Declaring Maori Land to be Crown Land
    [L.S.] C. W. M. NORRIE, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION
    PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.
    SCHEDULE
    SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
    ALL that piece of land containing 365 acres, more or less, known as the Whangamata No. 6B 1 Block, situated in Block VII, Ohinemuri Survey District, being all the land in certificate of title, Volume 348, folio 242, Auckland Registry, as shown on the plan numbered M.L. 3836A lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.
    Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 22nd day of March 1956.
