PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT—NELSON CONSERVANCY

ALL that area in Waimea County, containing 463 acres, more or less, and being Sections 2 and 5, Block XI, Mount Arthur Survey District. As shown on plan No. 102/34 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plan 7277.)
