Citrus Canker Regulations 1952—Revocation of Declaration of Infected Area (Notice No. Ag. 6082)
PURSUANT to regulation 7 of the Citrus Canker Regulations 1952, the declaration of the piece of land described in the Schedule hereto as an infected area under the said regulations, made on the 25th day of March 1954, is hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 9.29 perches, being Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 6373, part Section 11, Waitara East District, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in the certificate of title, Volume 157, folio 272, New Plymouth Registry.

Deficiency Payment in Respect of Export Meat

PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares that on the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette the land described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the said land being so subject by virtue of a notice dated 25 May 1932, and published in the Gazette, 2 June 1932, page 1402.
