Members of Everett Road Scenic Reserve Board Appointed

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints
Sydney Faber Fookes to be a member of the Everett Road Scenic Reserve Board, Taranaki Land District, in place of William Charles Deem, deceased; and, further, increases the total number of members of the said Board from eight to nine and appoints Thomas Henry Dickson as the additional member of the Board.

PURSUANT to section 19 of the Land Valuation Court Act 1948, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint William Carrol Harley, Esquire, of Nelson, Stipendiary Magistrate, to be the Deputy of Henry James Thompson, Esquire, Stipendiary Magistrate, in his capacity as a member of each of the Land Valuation Committees shown in the Schedule below; and to be Deputy Chairman of the said Land Valuation Committees:
Nelson Land Valuation Committee. Marlborough Land Valuation Committee.

PURSUANT to section 10 of the Urban Farm Land Rating Act 1932, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint William Burns Souter, Farmer, of Redvale, Albany, to be a member of the Assessment Court for the Town District of Warkworth, and also to appoint Stace Bennett, Valuer, of Auckland, on the recommendation of the Warkworth Town Council, to be a member of that Court.

Declaration That Part of the Geraldine Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation Over the Said Land

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Geraldine Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act, and, further, revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over the said land.

PART Reserve 306, situated in Block V, Geraldine Survey District, Borough of Geraldine: Area, 2 roods 0.8 perch, more or less.
