A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 7 acres 1 rood 15 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Lot 1, D.P. 17026, being part Rural Section 20225, and part Reserve 2195; Lot 6, D.P. 17026, being part Reserve 2195; Lot 7, D.P. 17026, being part Rural Section 20225; part Lot 2, D.P. 1521, being part Reserve 2195, and Reserve 4557.
Situated in Block XII, Tengawai Survey District, and Block IX, Opihi Survey District, Canterbury R.D. (S.O. 8310.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 149900 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 5th day of April 1956.
