Land Taken for State Housing Purposes in the Borough of Cambridge

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of April 1956.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 roods 0·5 perches.
Being Lots 9 and 10, D.P. S. 901, being part Allotment 265, Town of Cambridge East. All certificate of title, Volume 1200, folio 61, Auckland Land Registry.
Situated in the Borough of Cambridge.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 3rd day of April 1956.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated 1 December 1950 and published in Gazette, 7 December 1950, Volume III, page 2070, taking land for the development of water power (Lake Taupo and the Waikato River Power Scheme) in Blocks XIV, XV, and XVI, Cambridge Survey District, in so far as it affects the piece of land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land affected: 4 acres 3 roods 34·4 perches.
Being part Lot XI, D.P. 3300, being part Hinuera No. 2 Block, and being part of the land in Proclamation No. S. 10850.
Situated in Block XVI, Cambridge Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 37566.)
In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 149821 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of March 1956.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 roods 11·3 perches.
Being part Lot 2, D.P. 7711, being part Allotment 4, Section 13, Suburbs of Auckland.
Situated in Block IV, Titirangi Survey District, Borough of Mount Roskill. (S.O. 39413.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 14019 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Railways Commission at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 193 (4) of the Counties Act 1920, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby prescribes a scale of principal and interest payments for loans repayable over a period of twenty-five years with interest at the rate of 4¾ per cent per annum.
