A licence issued pursuant to this notification to hunt or kill game shall entitle the holder thereof to hunt or kill quail and chukar on the right-hand bank of the Waitaki River, which is within the Waitaki Acclimatisation District, during the period and subject, mutatis mutandis, to the conditions prescribed in the notification fixing an open season for quail and chukar in that district.
