State Highway No. 49 to the northernmost corner of Section 3, Block XI, Nuhaka North Survey District; thence in a southerly direction generally by the eastern boundary of that section and of Sections 12 and 20, Block XV, Nuhaka North Survey District, to the north-western corner of Paritu No. 3 Block; thence south-easterly generally by the northern and eastern boundaries of the said Paritu No. 3 Block and the north-eastern boundaries of Paritu 2B 2 and 2A Blocks to and across the Gisborne-Napier railway and again by the north-eastern boundary of Paritu 2A Block and that line produced to the middle of the Waiau River; thence southerly generally by the middle of the said Waiau River to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of part Takararoa Block (D.P. 1759, Napier Registry); thence south-easterly generally to and along that boundary, across the Wharerata-Opoutama road and again by the said north-eastern boundary of said part Takararoa Block (D.P. 1759, Napier Registry) to the mean high-water mark of the sea; thence north-easterly generally by the mean high-water mark of the sea to the northern boundary of Pakarae 1A Block, Block XI, Whangara Survey District; thence north-westerly generally by that boundary and the northern boundary of Pakarae 1B Block to the middle of the Pakarao River; thence north-westerly generally by the middle of that river to the western boundary of Section 2, Block XIII, Uawa Survey District; thence south-westerly by that boundary, north-westerly by the south-western boundary of Lot 8, D.P. 2342, and the southern and south-western boundaries of Lot 9, D.P. 2342, to the middle of the Mangarara Stream; thence westerly by the middle of that stream to and by the southern boundary of Lot 3 of Small Grazing Run No. 43 to the middle of a public road; thence in a northerly direction generally by the middle of the said public road, the north-western boundary of Section 3, Block XII, Waingaromia Survey District, to the south-western boundary of Small Grazing Run No. 42A; thence north-westerly by the south-western boundaries of Small Grazing Run No. 42A and No. 42 to the intersection with a road, being the point of commencement, excluding therefrom the City of Gisborne hereinbefore described.

in line with the south-western boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 1580; thence to and by the said south-western boundary to the southernmost corner of said Lot 1, thence north-easterly by the south-eastern boundaries of said Lot 1, D.P. 1580, of part Lot 11 and Lots 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, D.P. 1440, to the easternmost corner of said Lot 19; thence south-easterly by the south-western boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 239, and that line produced to the middle of Fox Street; thence south-westerly along the middle of Fox Street to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 3032; thence south-easterly to and by the said south-western boundary and by the south-western boundary of part Lot 1, D.P. 1160 and the western boundary of part Lot 35, D.P. 214, to a point being the south-easternmost corner of Lot 9, D.P. 4391; thence south-westerly generally by the north-western, north-eastern, and north-western boundaries of said part Lot 35, D.P. 214, and Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, D.P. 1863, to and across the Waiteata Stream; thence in a southerly direction generally along the right bank of the said Waiteata Stream to the Waimata River; thence along a right line bearing due south across the said Waimata River to the left bank thereof; thence in a south-easterly direction generally along the left bank of the aforesaid Waimata River to a point in line with the middle of Owen Road; thence in a south-easterly direction along the middle of the said Owen Road to the middle of Tyndall Road; thence south-westerly along the middle of the said Tyndall Road to the middle of Wainui Road; thence north-westerly along the middle of the said Wainui Road to a point in line with the northernmost boundary of subdivision Kaiti 335B Block; thence south-westerly to and by the western boundaries of said Kaiti 335B and Kaiti 335C Blocks to a point on the said western boundary in line with the production of the south-western side of Oman Street; thence in a north-westerly direction by that line across subdivision Kaiti 326 Block to the south-eastern side of Montrose Street; thence south-westerly generally by the said south-eastern side of Montrose Street, by the northern and western boundaries of part subdivision Kaiti 327 Block and by the western boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 3559, to and across Norwood Road and by the western boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 3631, Lot 1, D.P. 3977, and the north-western boundary of subdivision Kaiti 322 Block and that boundary produced to the mean high-water mark of the sea; thence southerly and northerly generally by the mean high-water mark of the sea to the mouth of the Hamanatua Stream; thence in a north-westerly direction generally by the middle of the said Hamanatua Stream, to and across Pouawa Road to the southernmost corner of Lot 3, D.P. 180, situated in Block IV, Turanganui Survey District; thence by the southern and western boundaries of said Lot 3 to the Waimata River; thence due westerly to the middle of the said Waimata River; thence south-westerly generally by the middle of the said Waimata River to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Lot 17, D.P. 395, Block III, Turanganui Survey District; thence north-westerly to and across Riverside Road and by the south-western boundaries of said Lot 17, of Lot 1, D.P. 1050, Lots 20 and 19, D.P. 1174, to the middle of Dryden Street; thence westerly generally by the middle of said Dryden Street and by the middle of Valley Road to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Lot 8, D.P. 1174, Block III, Turanganui Survey District; thence north-easterly and north-westerly to and by the north-western boundary of said Lot 8 and the south-eastern boundaries of Lot 10, part Whatauoko No. 7, Lot 13, D.P. 1174, part 13, D.P. 1091, and part Lot 12, D.P. 395, to the easternmost corner of said part Lot 12; thence north-easterly by the north-western boundaries of said part Lot 12, D.P. 395, of Lot 1, D.P. 586, and again by part Lot 12 to the north-westernmost corner of said part Lot 12; thence north-westerly by the southern boundaries of Lots 11, 11A, 10A, a public road, to and across another public road, and by the southern boundary of Lot 5, D.P. 395, to the south-easternmost corner of said Lot 5; thence south-westerly by the south-eastern boundaries of Lots 6, 5, 4, D.P. 2576, Lot 11, D.P. 2631, and Lot 35, D.P. 1309, and that boundary produced to a point in the middle of Ormond Road at its junction with Hansen Road, Block II, Turanganui Survey District; thence in a westerly direction by the middle of said Hansen Road to its intersection with the left bank of the Taruheru River; thence in a south-westerly and south-easterly direction generally by the left bank of the said Taruheru River to its intersection with the western side of Lytton Road, being the point of commencement.

Notice Under Section 30 of the Maori Trustee Act 1953
PURSUANT to section 30 of the Maori Trustee Act 1953, the Maori Trustee hereby gives notice that lists of unclaimed moneys dated the 27th day of January 1956, derived from the Ikaroa and South Island Maori Land Court Districts and held by him, have been filed in the office of the Registrar of the Maori Land Court at Whangarei, Auckland, Rotorua, Gisborne, Wanganui, and Wellington and all the sub-offices of the Department of Maori Affairs, where the same may be inspected during office hours without payment of fee.
