Revocation of Appointment of Calcium Domain Board and Declaration That the Calcium Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve Subject to Part II of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Calcium Domain Board, as published in Gazette, 15 March 1951, Vol. I, page 322, and declares that the Calcium Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act.

Revoking Warrant Appointing a Supervising Officer Under the General Harbour Motor Launch By-laws 1934

Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, and the General Harbour Motor Launch By-laws 1934, the Minister of Marine hereby revokes the Warrant dated at Wellington on the 20th day of December 1955, appointing Sid Augustus McNamara to be a Supervising Officer under the said by-laws in respect of those waters contained in Lake Rotorua and Lake Rotoiti.

Appointing a Supervising Officer Under the General Harbour Motor Launch By-laws 1934

Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, and the General Harbour Motor Launch By-laws 1934, the Minister of Marine hereby appoints Sid Augustus McNamara to be a Supervising Officer under the said by-laws in respect of those waters contained in Lake Rotorua, Rotoiti, Ngahewa, Ngakaro, Ohareka, Okataina, Opouri, Rerewhakaitu, Rotoehu, Rotokakahi, Rotoma, Rotomahana, Rotopounamu, Tarawera, Tikitapu, and Tutaeinanga.
