A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of March 1956.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2·1 perches.
Being part Allotment 67, Mahurangi Parish.
Situated in Block VII, Mahurangi Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 37857.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 144135 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
