Notice to Persons Affected by Applications for Licences Under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act 1936
Retail Sale and Distribution of Motor Spirit
W. A. Schedewy, Puhoi, has applied for a licence to resell motor spirit from one pump to be installed on cartage contractor’s premises at Pukapuka, turnoff of main Waiwera-Warkworth Road.
G. W. Pearson and Sons Ltd., High Street, Rangiora, has applied for a licence to resell motor spirit from one pump to be installed on contractor’s premises at High Street, Rangiora, the pump to be situated at the rear of the premises.
The N.Z. Farmers’ Co-operative Distributing Co. Ltd., Main Street, Pahiatua, has applied for a licence to resell motor spirit from one pump to be installed on stock and station agents premises at Main Street, Pahiatua.
Macdonald, Halligan, Motors Ltd., 51 Albert Street, Auckland, has applied for permission to change the retail selling point of one pump approximately 6 miles to stand on new service-station and garage premises at corner Mountain and Jellicoe Roads, Panmure.
Paraparaumu Motor Engineers Ltd., Ruapehu Street, Paraparaumu, has applied for permission to change the retail selling point of one pump approximately 150 ft. to stand outside garage building in Epiha Street, Paraparaumu.
C. H. Hyslop and Sons Ltd., Bell Street, Outram, has applied for a licence to resell motor spirit otherwise than through pumps ex carrier’s premises at Bell Street, Outram.
Applicants and other persons considering themselves to be materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau of Industry on these applications should, not later than 24 February 1955, submit any written evidence and representations they may desire to tender. All communications should be addressed to Secretary, Bureau of Industry, C.P.O. Box 2492, Wellington.
