Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 (Whakatohea Development Scheme)
PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares that on the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette the land described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the said land being so subject by virtue of a notice dated 18 December 1930 and published in the Gazette, 23 December 1930, Volume III, page 3908.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 (Ruato ki Development Scheme)
PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares that on the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette the land described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the said land being so subject by virtue of a notice dated 7 May 1940 and published in the Gazette, 9 May 1940, Volume II, page 1036.

Plants Declared Noxious Weeds in the Borough of Waikouaiti (Notice No. Ag. 6010)
PURSUANT to the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, and acting under a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture for the purposes of the said Act, the Acting Director-General of Agriculture hereby publishes the following special order made by the Waikouaiti Borough Council on the 31st day of October 1955.
SPECIAL ORDER
PURSUANT to the power vested in it by the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Waikouaiti Borough Council hereby declares the following plants included in the First Schedule of the aforesaid Act, to be noxious weeds on all lands within the Borough boundaries:
Blackberry (Rubus fruticosus and Rubus laciniatus).
Burdock (Arctium, any species).
Common broom (Cytisus scoparius).
Gorse (Ulex, any species).
Hemlock (Conium maculatum).
Ragwort (Senecio jacobaea).
Sweetbrier (Rosa eglanteria syn. Rosa rubiginosa).

Land in the South Auckland Land District Acquired as Permanent State Forest Land
NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired under the Forests Act 1949 as permanent State forest land.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY
All that area in Thames County, containing 281 acres 2 roods 28 perches, more or less, being Pakirarahi No. 2a 2 Block and Lot 1 on D.P. 3479, being part of Pakirarahi Nos. 2a 4B 1B and 2A 4A Blocks, situated in Blocks IX and XIII, Tairua Survey District, and being all the land comprised and described in certificates of title, Volume 349, folio 180, and Volume 1225, folio 34. As shown on plan No. 23/77 deposited in Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
