Additional Land Taken for a Public School in the City of Christchurch

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of December 1955.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 11·1 perches.

Being part Rural Section 79.

Situated in the City of Christchurch. All certificate of title, Volume 376, folio 221, Canterbury Land Registry (limited as to parcels).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of December 1955.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a technical school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of December 1955.

In the Westland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 148461 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
