Crown Land Set Apart for Social Security Purposes (Medical Practitioner’s Residence) in Block II, Mawheranui Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for social security purposes (medical practitioner’s residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of December 1955.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 3·07 perches.
Being Lots 2 and 6, D.P. 1262, being part Section 3.
Situated in Block II, Mawheranui Survey District. Part certificate of title, Volume 56, folio 231, Westland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th day of December 1955.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for housing purposes, and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of December 1955.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1 acre and 34 perches.
Being Lots 109 to 115 (both inclusive) on the plan marked P.W.D. 146621 (H.D.C. 31166) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red, and being part Lots 3 to 8 (both inclusive), D.P. 11027, being part Rural Section 2351, City of Timaru. Part certificate of title, Volume 563, folio 35, Canterbury Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of December 1955.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes, subject to a drainage easement over Lot 24 created in and by Memorandum of Transfer No. 519555 (Auckland Land Registry); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of December 1955.
