A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for social security purposes (medical practitioner’s residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of December 1955.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 3·07 perches.

Being Lots 2 and 6, D.P. 1262, being part Section 3.

Situated in Block II, Mawheranui Survey District. Part certificate of title, Volume 56, folio 231, Westland Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for housing purposes, and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of December 1955.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1 acre and 34 perches.

Being Lots 109 to 115 (both inclusive) on the plan marked P.W.D. 146621 (H.D.C. 31166) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red, and being part Lots 3 to 8 (both inclusive), D.P. 11027, being part Rural Section 2351, City of Timaru.
