A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre 3 roods 3·3 perches.
Adjoining or passing through part Lots 43 and 44, D.P. 1233, and part Lots 7 and 8, D.P. 2763.
Situated in Block I, Waimata Survey District, Gisborne R.D. (S.O. 4896.)
In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 148549 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 14th day of November 1955.

Altering the Boundaries of the Dannevirke Electric Power District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby alter the boundaries of the Dannevirke Electric Power District so as to include therein the area described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District being portion of the Weber County bounded by a line commencing at the northernmost point of the northern boundary of the Weber County as described in the Gazette of 1931, at page 583, being also a point on the northern boundary of Block XV, Mangatoro Survey District, and proceeding westerly, southerly, and westerly generally along the northern boundary of the Weber County as hereinbefore described to the north-eastern boundary of Section 18, Block I, Weber Survey District; thence along a right line to the south-western boundary of the said Section 18; thence south-easterly along the said south-western boundary to the western extremity of Waipetiki Road; thence again south-easterly generally along the south-western side of the said road to and along the western boundary of Section 17, Block I aforesaid, to and across Oporao Road, to and along the western boundary of Section 16, Block I aforesaid, to and across Grey Road, to and along the western and southern boundaries of Section 11, Block XV, and of Section 10, Block XVI, both of Weber Survey District, to Falls Road; thence southerly and westerly generally along the western and northern sides of the said road to the south-western boundary of the Weber County as hereinbefore described; thence south-easterly, northerly, and north-westerly generally along the south-western, eastern, and northern boundaries of the said county to the point of commencement. As the said area is more particularly shown edged blue on the plan marked S.H.D. 379 deposited in the office of the State Hydro-electric Department at Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.
SCHEDULE
WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT—WESTLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in Grey County, containing 66 acres 3 roods 25 perches, more or less, and being Reserve 1923, situated in Block XII, Kopara Survey District. As the same is shown on plan No. 126/77 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plan 4706.)

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Foxton–New Plymouth Railway.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 30·6 perches.
Being part Lot 4, D.P. 917, being part Section 264, Moa District.
Situated in Block IX, Huiroa Survey District, Inglewood County. (S.O. 8738.)
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 13764 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Railways Commission, at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of November 1955.

Setting Apart Tidal Land for Disposal Under Section 152 of the Harbours Act 1950

PURSUANT to section 152 of the Harbours Act 1950 and of the regulations made under section 146 of the Harbours Act 1923, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the land described in the Schedule hereto for disposal under the section of the Act first hereinbefore mentioned and the said regulations.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Hokianga County, containing approximately 59 acres 2 roods, being Section 48, Block VII, Mangamuka Survey District.
As the same is more particularly delineated on plans marked M.D. 9664 (one sheet in duplicate) deposited in the Head Office, Marine Department at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General this 9th day of November 1955.
