Land Taken for Road in Block XVI, Wakamarina Survey District and Block IV, Onamalutu Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of November 1955.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 121981 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia, edged sepia.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 14th day of November 1955.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.
