A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of November 1955.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 roods 37·78 perches.
Being Lots 1, 3, 4, 14, and 15, D.P. 18054, being part Rural Section 288, Township of Palmerston North. Part certificate of title, Volume 541, folio 105, Wellington Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in the Hawke’s Bay Catchment Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of November 1955.
