The Import Control Exemption Withdrawal Notice 1955

PURSUANT to regulation 15 of the Import Control Regulations 1938, the Minister of Customs hereby gives notice as follows:

  1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Withdrawal Notice 1955.
    (2) This notice shall come into force on the 29th day of October 1955.
  2. The exemption from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations in respect of the goods of the classes set forth in the Schedule hereto included in the exempting notices shown in that Schedule is hereby withdrawn.
